I called Expedia ask him to cancel two round-trip. I did not need. They assure me everything was canceled within 10 days. I spent five hours talking to them to make sure that I was not being stuck with a flight that I did not need the assure me the flight work canceled and in my app, the flight showed that they were canceled but all of a sudden they weren’t canceled anymore and they are charging me for 2/2 round trips that they forgot to cancel. I have been using Expedia for the past 20 years, but I will not use them anymore. They did not own up to their mistake and their customer service is terrible.
