As this was my first wig I didn’t know where to start on my search. I came across Kirstie’s page and loved how informative it was. She explained everything and I felt at ease knowing what I was going to purchase was of good quality. And I wasn’t wrong. I loved the wig as soon as I put it on. The quality of the hair, the colour and the construction of it is top class. Iv had so many compliments from strangers, friends and hairdressers about it. All of them thinking it was actually my own hair! The wigs are reasonably priced, so comfortable and so natural.

I’ve been wearing wigs for a few years now, buying off the shelf from shops but always felt there was a compromise somewhere so always felt a degree of dissatisfaction. That has all ended now though with a custom wig from Kirstie! The cap fits better than anything I’ve had before, plus the length, colour and style are exactly as I had imagined them! I decided to take a chance and buy the Ella wig from Kirstie and I am so glad I did. Since developing Alopecia I have struggled to feel confident and happy in myself. But since finding Wigs by Kirstie my life has totally changed. I can't thank Kirstie enough for how accommodating she has been when deciding which wig would be most suitable for myself. So far I own two Ella's and have just purchased another. I have received regular wig spa's too. These are amazing as it means I can prolong the life of my wig with reknotting from Kirstie. Since being in the UK, I have ordered 3 wigs from Kirstie, and have just recently had a in-person consultation with her to design my next one! I cannot get over how realistic looking Kirstie’s wigs are - you can’t even tell it’s a wig! Incredible quality and so comfortable to wear. Hands down, you will not regret purchasing from Wigs by Kirstie, she is just an incredible, kind and lovely person, creating absolute masterpieces! (Just do it!)

I was a little apprehensive about purchasing another wig online. My teen daughter lost her hair through chemotherapy, and we had purchased a few less expensive wigs, all of which were okay, however they did look like a wig and did not fit quite right. Somebody recommended Wigs by Kirstie, and her wig looked fantastic, so I went for it, and ordered the style my daughter liked. Kirstie was very professional and friendly and offered us a video call fitting (as we could not attend in person). My daughter’s face lit up when she received it and tried it on. It looks so natural and has really made a huge difference to her confidence throughout her treatment. It was definitely worth the investment.
